Frequently Asked Questions

What shall I do before coming to the appointment?

You can do your hair and makeup in a similar style to what you plan for your wedding day. If you have particular accessories that you would like to wear on the day, please bring them along to the session. This will help you to pick the suitable dress.

What is the initial appointment about?

The initial session is costs $18, and you can try on as many dresses as you want within the hour. We also provide a small amount of bridal accessories to help you with the fitting experience. The fee is fully redeemable upon any dress purchase.

Can I bring along my family and friends?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your family and friends along to help you find the perfect dress.  We recommend that you bring up to three guests for a smoother experience within the hour.

Can I buy my dress online?
You can order some of our collections online. However it is recommended that you come over to feel the quality, texture and try it on in person. If you live outside of Sydney, we can still demonstrate our dresses through online sessions if you're interested in ordering a customised dress from us.

Can I hire a dress?

You can hire any dress that is over $500 for discounted price. You can choose whether or not to include our dry-cleaning service. Made-to-order option is not available for hiring. To make things easier for you, our rental period is flexible starting with a minimum period of 3 days.

What if I cannot find a suitable gown online or at our dressing room?

There is no obligation for any purchase if you don't like our collection. If there is no suitable size available for you, the made-to-order option is always available with no additional cost. You can also provide us pictures and drawings if you like a custom design.

What measurements do I need to provide?

When it comes to made-to-order, we will take your measurement in the follow up appointment free of charge. Alternatively, you can provide us your bust, waist and hip size. We will provide detail instruction on how to measure your size once an order is placed. Please make sure the measurement you provide is accurate as we are not responsible if you provide us with the incorrect measurements.

What if my body size changes in a few months and the dress is a bit too big or too small?

Do not panic if your dress is a little too big or too small for you. All wedding dresses are designed to be altered for one size up or one size down. You can get the dress altered if this happens.

Do you sell veils and accessories?

We only offer veils to customers who have purchased our dresses for a discounted price ranging from $20 - $100. Unfortunately we do not sell bridal accessories.

How does the payment work?

50% Deposit is required for any made-to-order purchase and is non-refundable. Full payment is required for all onsite purchases. If you wish to hold a dress, we will charge a small fee for that and the holding fee is non-refundable.  You can make a payment via bank transfer, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or American Express at the dressing room.

What is the return and exchange policy?

If you change your mind for any purchase off the rack, you can exchange for another dress (price gap may apply) within 14 days of purchase. The dress needs to be in new condition, and it cannot be worn outdoors, perfumed, stepped on or show signs that it has been worn or altered when you return it back to us. Refund does not apply to change of mind. You can also choose to accept a store credit when returning your dress. Please contact us if you wish to know more about T&Cs for made to order purchases.

How long it takes to make the dress?

We offer a relatively short lead time comparing to most bridal shops. Our made-to-order lead time is 40 - 60 days.
